One-to-One Sessions -
Just for You!
One-to-one sessions provide a safe and contained space for individuals to explore how connecting with their body and movement can contribute to their wellbeing and nourish their spiritual life.
Whether your interest is in prayer, reflection or healing (or even if you’re not sure where to begin), one-to-one sessions provide a context in which I can be present to you in a focused and personal way. I aim to create a space which allows acceptance, curiosity and compassion to flourish, enabling a deeper sense of connection with self, others, and the divine.
I often begin these sessions with a short grounding exercise to help people bring attention to their body at a sensory level. This mindful body awareness helps to ground us in the here and now and creates a stable base from which the felt sense of your experience can be explored. From here we work towards cultivating the kind of listening that allows the consciousness and wisdom of the body to unfold. Some people like to move a lot, whilst for others the focus is more on body awareness, breathing, posture or gesture.
I usually work one-to-one with people for a maximum of 3 months. We will aim to meet regularly on the same day at the same time for an agreed number of weeks.
Online sessions: £50- £60 per hour (according to means)
In person sessions can be slightly more (depending on hiring of space)
