A gentle synthesis of mindful body awareness, movement improvisation and Christian contemplative prayer, inspired by scripture and images from nature.

An Introduction to Embodied Prayer

A session lasting about 1 hour - arranged on demand for small to medium sized groups

Introducing and practicing foundations for an affirming and compassionate approach to embodied prayer, through which we may become more attentive to God’s presence with us in the here and now.

Embodied Reflection Mini Groups

Sessions for 2 or 3 people lasting up to 1.5 hours arranged on demand

An opportunity to practice embodied listening, giving time, space and prayerful attention to a chosen aspect of our lives, working with the wisdom of our bodies in stillness and movement.
